Autumn/Winter Fashion Trends

We are loving lace this season! From contemporary mesh patterns, laser cut fabric
and floral vintage designs we've got it all. Romantic, feminine and sexy; lace has the ability
to make you feel both sophisticated and special. Nothing says that better than our blue floral
lace dress, which oozes 1950s charm and dramatic attitude all in one. Team it with crystals
and diamante for a night out or contrast with leather for a more casual look.
Whichever way you style it, you'll feel glamorous and up for a party. Get the girls and go!

This Jacquard French Connection Dress showcases sumptuous velvet in all its glory!
We are now well and truly embracing this fantastic A/W trend and the autumnal season.
Not only do we love the soft, rich texture of the fabric but we love the subtle print
and wrap skirt in this party dress. It makes a great transitional piece that takes you
from day to night and looks fab paired with metallic accessories.

Gothic fashion has been resurrected this autumn in the shape of heavily
dramatic accessories and theatrical lace. Mix with denim jackets or tweed
for a modern updated look. We can rely on our lace cameo flapper headband
and lace pendent headband to add some drama into our lives. Opt for
blackcurrant or burgundy lipstick to create even more impact.

70s style maxi dresses are still all the rage this season. Flattering and glam
they have the ability to make you look an inch taller and feel classy yet sensual.
We love this pink beaded maxi dress for its beautiful beading and intricate
jewelled bodice. Imagine wafting across the dance floor in this pretty
ice pink number. Great for that special occasion and for making a entrance
at the office party

More is definitely MORE this season. Beading, sequins and embellishment
is the way forward. Wear sequins from top to toe this month and be a proper
party girl with our latest collection of beaded beauties.

Leopard Print.. To The Max!

As far as we're concerned, leopard is a staple piece in every woman's wardrobe!

Give yourself a colourful update by going for a flouro hue in the classic print. We're taking style notes from Katy Perry and Rachel Bilson who have both rocked this trend on the runway.

We think our Darling Eddie Dress is the perfect way to get the look at a fraction of the price - team it with chunky heels and gold accessories for an effortless 1970s style.

Summertime Vibes

With a glimmer of sunshine and whispers of a heatwave on the horizon, we've been feeling the bohemian vibes with thanks to our new summer collection. We simply adore this sunny yellow maxi by Darling; with a hint of embroidery around the neckline it channels just the right amount of hippie style, ready to be teamed with lashings of layered jewels and a daisy-chain headband to complete the look.
We've drawn inspiration from original snaps of 1970s festivals and looked to the modern queens of boho (hello, Ms. Olsen!) for style tips, and we're ready to rock this look to a fun festival or a cool bohemian wedding.

Get ready for Team GB!

In case you weren't enthusiastic about Team GB and the Olympics before, the V&A museum is currently looking at British design and innovation from 1948 through to 2012, to celebrate everything brilliant about our nation! What better way to Rule Britannia, than in vintage red, white and blue, check out our outfits below to get into the spirit!

Our favourite vintage outfit above is the gorgeous deep blue 70's vintage maxi dress, which will look stunning with a statement piece of jewellery like the Tatty Devine vintage style bracelet featuring white posies. Now just finish it off with this wonderful paisley print silk scarf and you'll be ready for a Brit fit summer!
